(Not to imply you will have more than one wedding! I did, but don't think you will.) And, people do love to be asked to help. Have someone help you with the flowers - unless you will love love love having done them yourself. But almost all the stress and hassle was worth it for us, and it will be for you guys too. Can you ask family or friends who aren't already involved in the wedding to help with the flowers?
