I said goodbye to my sister and niece tonight. They’re going away for the next thirteen days and I am wicked sad.
My sister’s lovely tan, my lovely paste; I am obviously the milk man’s baby.
I’ll miss the munchkin trying to do back flips off my chest. It’s amazing how quick they grow and change. She’ll surely be doing all sorts of grown up stuff during their two week absence. Today she said “bye bye” rather than “UHHH-byyyye!” I miss her little baby buh-bye. When I said UHH bye, she chanted BYE BYE BYE BYE over and over, so damn proud of her new big girl words.
When I decided to move to Utah I knew they would be a big part of my life. Turns out they’re my world. If they were to move, I seriously might die. I wish they’d hurry up with their vacation already.

I would die without my sisters too… I think I verbalized that at least 10 times yesterday.
But your toenails are all red and shiny!
And don’t worry; for every cute thing she outgrows, she’ll replace it with something even cuter.
I moved here to Seattle to be near my nephew so he better not go anywhere! He lights up my life.
That’s really sweet…makes me look forward to seeing my niece and nephew this weekend!
You’re such a good Auntie! Love you!
I think my nieces and nephews are disappointed with me because I haven’t given them cousins that they can play with. I keep telling them that there might be some in Manila.
You are a great aunt. My sister in law could care less if my kids breathe. Which is different than I feel about her kids.
I miss the baby bye-bye’s – mine grew out of it about age 4. It’s so sad…
This? This is freaking cute.
Great, after seeing the first picture I have “Ebony and Ivory” stuck in head.
I’m glad the closeness to your family makes living in LDS Town much easier. Amen.
On the plus side, your toes are prettier.
I love being near my sis and nephew. The cousins are 6 months apart and we’re having too much fun watching them grow up together.
