Love it! I need to re-group and stop calling from an open cubicle in the middle of the office.
I say go to another provider, explain the problem and see what they offer. For some reason I’m thinking one of them is offering to pay cancellation fees if they can get you away from one of the bigger companies. (I’m thinking of that company with the Chad character who has the “nerds” from the other companies pestering him)

i hate sprint and their poo slinging monkeys with tiny brains and even tinier souls that they hire to work customer “service”. i terminated my contract in february, gladly paid the $150 fee (which is totally worth it) and i am still receiving bills and they are threatening to put them on my credit. bastards.
